We are a technology company specializing in software development, digital transformation, and offshore development services for clients in Japan, Australia, Singapore, and other global markets. Beyond outsourcing, we build our own products — including Deligo (Logistics & Delivery Platform) and Delippy (E-Commerce Marketplace) — serving thousands of real users every day. We are expanding our engineering team and looking for a Senior Flutter Developer who can drive mobile excellence across both client projects and in-house products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Flutter modules for Deligo, Delippy, and international client projects.
• Mentor and conduct code reviews for junior/mid Flutter developers — raise the bar for the whole team.
• Make architecture decisions for mobile: state management approach, folder structure, performance strategy.
• Drive the full SDLC: from requirement analysis and UI/UX collaboration to deployment and post-launch monitoring.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs (payment gateways, maps, real-time chat, push notifications).
• Optimize app performance, security, and user experience for large-scale applications.
• Own the release pipeline to Google Play Store and Apple App Store, including CI/CD processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, staging, and production environments.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Backend Developers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and DevOps.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum sprints (2-week cycles), planning, and retrospectives.

Your skills and experience

Required Skills

• 3+ years building production Flutter apps (Android & iOS)
• Strong Dart skills and deep understanding of Flutter internals
• Proven experience with Bloc or Riverpod at scale
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns (Clean Arch, MVVM)
• RESTful API integration and JSON handling
• Experience with Git — branching strategy, PR reviews
• Published apps on Google Play Store and/or App Store
• Ability to mentor developers and lead technical discussions
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with Firebase (Auth, FCM, Crashlytics, Analytics)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Fastlane)
• Experience with real-time features (WebSocket, Socket.IO)
• Knowledge of payment gateway integration
• Experience working with international clients
• English communication skills
