As a Junior Product Owner at ITviec, you will contribute to building products that help thousands of IT professionals find better jobs and grow their careers. You will work closely with the Product team and cross-functional teams to turn business and user problems into effective product solutions.

You will have the opportunity to learn and gradually take ownership of product improvements while contributing to the growth of Vietnam's IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product team and other stakeholders to understand problems and build the right solutions for users and customers.
• Support requirement clarification and translate product needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
• Help Developers and Testers understand requirements, support the team throughout execution, and ensure delivered features meet agreed expectations.
• Prepare and conduct UAT, support release activities, and monitor product performance after launch.
• Collect and analyze basic product data, user feedback, and customer feedback to identify product issues and improvement opportunities.
• Support the definition and tracking of success metrics for assigned features and product improvements.
• Understand ITviec's Corporate Vision and Product Vision and support the Product team in identifying and solving problems that may impact our product goals.
• Translate product roadmap items into detailed requirements under the guidance of Product Lead or senior Product members.
• Gradually take ownership of small to medium product improvements from requirement preparation to release and post-release monitoring.
• Direct report to Product Lead.

Your skills and experience

Job requirements

Must-have

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 1-2 year of experience in Product, Business Analyst or a related role.
• Basic understanding of software development and product delivery processes.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
• Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to prepare clear product documentation and requirements.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Good English reading and writing skills.

Nice-to-have

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Basic knowledge of UX/UI, product analytics, or product metrics.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel, GA4, or similar tools.
• Experience in HR Tech, marketplace, SaaS, or online platform products.
• Interest in AI products, matching systems, or recruitment technology.
