Job description

Junior Fullstack Developer

• Focus: Learning, executing, and writing clean code under guidance.
• Develop and maintain features using Golang (backend) and Next.js (frontend).
• Write and maintain comprehensive Unit Tests for your own code.
• Containerize applications using Docker for local development.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to understand architectural patterns and best practices.

Mid-Level Fullstack Developer

• Focus: Independent execution, feature ownership, and code quality.
• Design and implement high-performance gRPC and RESTful APIs.
• Optimize complex PostgreSQL queries, indexing, and schema designs.
• Build scalable, SEO-friendly, and responsive frontend applications using Next.js.
• Write robust Unit and Integration tests to ensure high test coverage and system reliability.
• Assist in maintaining and improving GitLab CI pipelines and Docker configurations.

Your skills and experience

• Junior: 1–2 years of professional software development experience.
• Middle:3–5 years of experience with proven fullstack delivery.
• Proficient in Golang, with hands-on experience building both RESTful endpoints and high-performance gRPC services.
• Strong command of Next.js (React), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL (schema design, writing efficient raw queries, or working with ORMs like GORM/SQLX).
• A strict "test-first" or "test-alongside" mindset. Experience writing deterministic Unit tests is mandatory; experience with Integration tests is highly preferred.
• Practical knowledge of Docker for creating consistent development and production environments.
