What You Will Do:
Data & Analytics
- Collect, clean, and prepare product usage data, market research, and operational data.
- Support definition of KPIs and metrics for product OKRs (adoption, engagement, learning outcomes).
- Build and maintain dashboards for sprint reviews and product lifecycle reflections.
- Run ad hoc analysis to answer product/market questions quickly.
Business Intelligence
- Provide insights on user behavior, B2B pilot adoption, and B2C engagement trends.
- Assist in competitor benchmarking and opportunity mapping.
- Collaborate with BA to prioritize product backlog items using data evidence.
- Translate data findings into visual reports for non-technical stakeholders.
AI+DI Product Integration
- Monitor AI feature performance (e.g., translation accuracy, recommendation quality).
- Support ethical data practices, ensuring transparency and user consent in data handling.
- Contribute to scalability and personalization models for long-term B2C strategy.
Your skills and experience
Must-Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or product analytics.
- Basic SQL and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills; ability to explain insights clearly to non-technical team members.
- Growth mindset, curiosity, and openness to reflective, values-driven product work.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Python (pandas, matplotlib) or R for analysis.
- Knowledge of Agile/Lean methodologies and OKR frameworks.
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts or NLP-related data.
- Previous experience in EdTech, HRTech, or digital well-being products.
