Job description

We are looking for Java Developers (All Levels) who are passionate about technology and eager to grow in a dynamic, international environment. Mandarin proficiency is required to support collaboration with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using Java technologies.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
• Perform code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of code quality and development practices.
• Develop unit tests and ensure software quality through thorough testing and debugging.
• Implement solutions based on technical specifications, architecture designs, and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to resolve technical issues and deliver project objectives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing solutions.

Your skills and experience

We're looking for candidates who have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in software development with Java/Java EE (Fresh Graduates to Senior Developers are welcome to apply).
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Knowledge of Java/Java EE and related technologies. Experience with C#, C++, C, XML/XHTML, SQL, or other programming languages is a plus.
• Good English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to collaborate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Experience working on international software development projects is an advantage.
