Job description
- Maintain, troubleshoot & support cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS.
- Maintain, troubleshoot & support client systems, including Drupal, Kentico, Sitefinity & Sitecore
- Maintain, troubleshoot & support CI/CD infrastructure
- Maintain & update ITIL documentation library – procedures, policies, user guides in English
- Serve as the IT point of contact, accountable for the office IT inventory, data communications solutions, network & laptop equipment.
- Participate in a rostered on-call schedule to provide 24x7 support coverage
- Deliver IT helpdesk support for both Windows & Mac environments
Your skills and experience
Must have:
- Professional business English
- Degrees in IT / computer sciences or equivalent
- Experience in cloud service (AWS, Azure)
- Experience with systems (DNS, IIS, Nginx, Ubuntu, Windows Server)
- Resourceful, strong problem-solving skill with the abilities to work independent and able cope with pressure
- Must be adaptable, self-motivated, solution oriented and eager to learn new technology
Nice to have:
- Experience with CMS such as Drupal, Kentico, Sitefinity or Sitecore
- On-call IT Support experience
- Knowledge about Containers (Docker)
- Any Cloud certification is a big plus
