Job description

Configuration, installation, and testing of network devices related to:

• Transmission services: Internet (DIA, FTTx, Transit, …), Metronet…
• Managed Services – system administration
• System Integration (SI) services – Firewall, Router, Switch, WiFi, Server…

Customer support during service usage:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to network services
• Provide guidance for customers to effectively use the services

Other tasks:

• Participate in service improvement and development projects
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Manager

Your skills and experience

• College/University degree in Information Technology, Electronics – Telecommunications, or related fields
• Solid knowledge of LAN, WAN, WLAN, and networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, …). International certifications such as CCNA, CCNP are preferred
• At least 1-2 year of experience in a similar position
• Basic English communication skills or higher
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, shifts, and business trips
• Good communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team, able to work under pressure, strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Eager to learn, enthusiastic, and highly responsible
• Willing to support colleagues and work overtime when required
