Job description
- Main job duties:
- Answer incoming calls/emails and provide 1st & 2nd level support to customers.
- Daily investigate and troubleshoot issues (remote/onsite) of OS/Application, HW, IT Infrastructure and Network for end users. Follow up with customers to ensure issues has been solved.
- Responsible for managing, operating, troubleshooting the server/network system. Assist other SEs in maintenance other IT infrastructure devices.
- Record requests and problems and solutions in logs system.
- Manage vendor: manage and monitor vendor jobs and working performance.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required from manager.
Your skills and experience
- Gender: Male
- Education level:
- Bachelor’s or University’s Degree in IT or Telecommunications.
- Have certificates, deep knowledge and understanding about Windows/Network/Cloud/Security system
- Have one or more international certifications in IT fileds is an advantage: Cisco/ Microsoft/ VMWare/ ITIL/ ...
- English or Japanese communication skills in both speaking and writing (Japanese is an advantage)
- Working experience:
- Have experience (at least 2 year) in IT customer service.
- Have experience managing, operating, troubleshooting big troubles.
- Have experience in working with Japanese customers is an advantage.

- Deploy/Configure/Monitor/Diagnose/Troubleshoot server software and hardware problems.

- Install and configure new computers and other IT equipment.
- Manage and co-operate with vendors to fix IT devices: printer, plotter, projector, Multifunction devices, TV meeting, PBX, Security door…

- Have knowledge in TCP/IP for troubleshooting LAN and WAN network.
- End-User support:
- Support end-user (onsite/remote/on phone) to resolve IT related problems.

- Soft skills:
- Hardworking, carefully, attention to details and willing to learn new things.
- Good management, report and documentation skill: PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Have the ability to work independently as well as part of the team.
- Flexible working time: can work in shift/over time/at weekend/on holidays.
