Job description

Do you have a passion for building enterprise systems? We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Project Manager (PM) to support and coordinate software delivery projects across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

This role will work closely with senior management and delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly, on schedule, and aligned with business objectives

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate the full project lifecycle from planning, execution, monitoring, delivery, and post-release support.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to clarify requirements, timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
• Build and maintain project plans, resource allocation, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project schedules and proactively follow up on risks, blockers, and pending actions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations in a complex delivery environment with evolving requirements, multiple dependencies and varying team maturity levels.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, BA, Product, and Pre-Sales teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Lead project meetings, status reporting, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure proper documentation, project governance, and compliance with company standards.
• Contribute ideas to improve project coordination and delivery efficiency.
• Resolve project conflicts, blockers and cross-team issues in a timely and constructive manner.
• Report to: Senior Project Director

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 2-5 years of project management experience in software/IT projects.
• Proven experience in software project management or delivery management.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and project governance.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams is preferred.

Nice to have 

• Experience with enterprise B2B systems
• Experience in Fintech, Insurance, IoT or Enterprise Software projects.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.
• Good English skills
