Job description

•    Thiết kế và xây dựng Test Model chuẩn hóa theo hướng E2E, Business Flow, Reusable và Data-Driven  
•    Phân tích BRD và chuyển hóa thành kịch bản test rõ ràng, dễ mở rộng, không phụ thuộc UI 
•    Xây dựng, phát triển và duy trì framework automation cho Web, Mobile và API 
•    Triển khai automation theo hướng data-driven, đảm bảo mapping rõ FLOW → COM_FLOW → DATA_SET 
•    Ứng dụng AI (ChatGPT, Copilot, …) generate testcase, tối ưu coverage và hỗ trợ automation 
•    Tích hợp automation vào CI/CD pipeline
•    Review testcase, automation script và cải tiến quy trình testing 
•    Dẫn dắt, mentor QC team về test design, automation và best practices 
•    Phối hợp BA / PO / Dev để đảm bảo chất lượng từ sớm (shift-left testing) 
•    Xây dựng regression suite, risk-based testing và đảm bảo chất lượng release 

Your skills and experience

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học các chuyên ngành liên quan trở lên
• Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm QA/QC, strong về test design và testing process
• Nền tảng Manual Testing vững trong domain Banking / Financial, có khả năng phân tích nghiệp vụ phức tạp (Transfer, Payment, Approval, Pending, Realtime) và xây dựng test scenario / test flow từ BRD/FRD
• Có kinh nghiệm automation testing (UI, API, End-to-End) với Selenium / Playwright / Cypress / RestAssured
• Thành thạo ít nhất 1 ngôn ngữ: Java / Python / JavaScript (TypeScript) 
• Hiểu rõ data-driven testing và reusable test design 
• Có kinh nghiệm domain Banking / Financial / Payment / eKYC
• Có kinh nghiệm ứng dụng AI trong testing (prompting, generate testcase, optimize test, hỗ trợ automation)
• Có khả năng review testcase, build framework và mentor team 
• Tư duy phân tích tốt, ownership cao
