Job description

• Act as an interpreter in meetings between project teams and clients, as well as internal meetings (onsite/online)
• Translate software project documents and administrative materials
• Prepare and manage business documents such as contracts, quotations (Quote), purchase orders (PO), invoices (Invoice), etc.
• Perform basic accounting entries (revenue, expenses, etc.) using Freee accounting software
• Handle assigned Back Office/Admin tasks
• Perform other tasks assigned by managers

Your skills and experience

• Japanese proficiency equivalent to N1 (excellent speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills)
• Experience working in an IT company is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Candidates with experience in or strong interest in Back Office (BO), Accounting, or BPO are highly preferred
• Preference for candidates who have studied or worked in Japan
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets
• Strong numerical and calculation skills; accounting experience is not required
