Job description
- Translating project documents, QA, reports, and technical documents, (Vietnamese - Japanese, Japanese -Vietnamese)
- Interpreting in meetings, meetings, Video Conferences related to projects
- Translating chat conversations, issues between Japanese and Vietnamese engineers, ensuring translation quality.
- Participate in project meetings with Japanese clients to align on related requirements and provide regular work reports.
- Perform certain project management-related tasks as assigned.
- Help developers to test some features, bugs
Your skills and experience
- Be a supporter, being a language bridge for employees in the company.
- Japanese proficiency at N2 level or above, with good communication skills.
- Passionate about Japanese translation and interpretation work.
- Quick learner, highly independent, and responsible.
- Able to work well under high pressure.
- Strong persuasion, presentation, and idea communication skills.
- Has experience in software development, e-commerce, ERP is a big plus.
- A strong interest in and willingness to work in the ERP and eCommerce domains will be considered an advantage.
