Fullstack Lead (Java, React, TypeScript, SQL)

Job description

• Lead the development team (Backend and Frontend developers), managing task allocation across 3–4 concurrent projects.
• Actively contribute to full-stack development, including:
  • Backend: Java (Spring Boot), PostgreSQL
  • Frontend: React with TypeScript
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between the offshore and onshore teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Proactively identify technical issues, provide solutions, and mitigate project risks. 
• Provide mentorship and support team skill growth. 
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure clarity in project deliverables. 

Your skills and experience

Requirements 

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong expertise in Java Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, React, and TypeScript.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring technical teams preferred.
• Familiarity or experience with React Native is a plus.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and effectively managing distributed teams.
