Position Summary

As an Embedded Software Development Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our advanced embedded software solutions. You will collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to develop, test, and implement innovative software solutions for construction and lifting machinery. Your contributions will have a direct impact on our product lines and our international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop embedded software solutions for cutting-edge safety and driver assistance

systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find and implement technical solutions.

• Conduct testing and validation using simulators or prototypes to ensure high performance.

• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation throughout the development lifecycle.

• Work directly with clients to refine product functionalities and ensure client-specific needs are met.

Your skills and experience

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics

engineering or related field.

• Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in embedded software development.

• Technical Skills:

  •   Proficiency in C/C++ programming for microcontroller-based systems.
  •   Familiarity with Qt/QML for user interface (UI) development.
  •   Knowledge of communication protocols such as CAN and Ethernet.
  •   Strong technical English & French skills (spoken, written, and reading).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with software development under regulatory constraints.

• Understanding of the unique requirements of mobile machinery.

• Knowledge of control systems and basic robotics.

• Strong foundation in mathematics and physics.
