Job description

JOB PURPOSES

• Participate in the implementation and operation of Shopify and Shopify Plus B2C eCommerce platforms for luxury and global brands in Vietnam and the APAC region. 
• Work with customers, regional business teams and technical teams throughout platform configuration, integration, testing, go-live and ongoing operations. 
• Ensure eCommerce stores are operationally ready, properly configured and aligned with business requirements, brand standards and local market needs. 
• Support integrations between Shopify and enterprise systems such as PIM, CRM, CDP, ERP, POS, payment, logistics, loyalty and electronic invoicing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with customers and regional business teams to gather, clarify and document B2C eCommerce requirements and operational processes. 
• Configure and operate Shopify or Shopify Plus stores, including products, collections, inventory, customers, promotions, payments, shipping and orders. 
• Support daily eCommerce operations, including catalog updates, product launches, pricing, promotions, fulfillment, cancellations, returns and refunds. 
• Coordinate with technical teams on integrations between Shopify and enterprise systems such as PIM, CRM, ERP, POS, payment, logistics, loyalty and electronic invoicing. 
• Support requirement documentation, data mapping and operational flows for system integrations. 
• Prepare and coordinate functional testing, UAT, go-live and post-launch support. 
• Monitor operational issues and coordinate resolution with customers, technical teams and third-party providers. 
• Prepare user guides and provide training to merchant and administrator teams.

Your skills and experience

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of experience in eCommerce implementation, Shopify administration, merchant operations or a similar role. 
• Hands-on experience implementing, enhancing or operating B2C eCommerce websites on Shopify. 
• Good working knowledge of Shopify Admin, including products, inventory, customers, orders, discounts, payments and shipping. 
• Good understanding of B2C eCommerce processes, including checkout, payment, fulfillment, cancellation, returns and refunds. 
• Experience supporting at least one Shopify implementation, migration, enhancement or ongoing operations project. 
• Experience with Shopify Plus is highly preferred; exposure to luxury, global brand or APAC eCommerce projects is an advantage. 
• Exposure to integrations with ERP, PIM, CRM, POS, payment, logistics, loyalty or electronic invoicing is an advantage. 
• Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks and system integration concepts; programming is not required. 
• Good English communication skills and ability to work with customers, business users and technical teams.
