Data Scientist (Python, Pytorch, TensorFlow)

Job description

• Research, design, and implement machine learning models to support the  financial advisory application capabilities.
• Conduct time-series analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics for stock, ETF, and crypto data.
• Develop and evaluate portfolio optimization models and risk assessment frameworks.
• Perform faeature engineering and data exploration in collaboration with Data Engineering and Quant teams.
• Validate and explain models to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance in financial applications.
• Work with AI Engineers to integrate models into production.

Your skills and experience

• Strong foundation in statistics, probability, econometrics, and machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
• Experience with time-series forecasting, risk/return modeling, and quantitative finance metrics (Sharpe ratio, volatility, drawdown, …).
• Familiarity with portfolio theory, asset allocation, and financial data sources.
• Ability to design experiments, backtesting, and validation pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate research into product-ready solutions.
• Experience in fintech, trading systems, or wealth management is a plus.
