Job description

PASONA TECH VIETNAM is a 100% Japanese-owned company specializing in producing software and providing information technology services for domestic and foreign Japanese companies. Due to our business expansion, we need to recruit Team Leader for Development team with the following job content:

• Coding: Web applications development
• Meeting with BA or BSE
• Communication of specifications to the development team, visualization of problems
• Development team and schedule management
• Give necessary training for team member
• Working content will be exchanged more detailed in the interview

Working hours:

• Mon - Fri, 8:00 - 17:00

Your skills and experience

Requirements

• Experience in development team management
• Experience in web application development (PHP,C#, .Net)
• Experience with one of these framework: Laravel, CodeIgnitor, Entity, Lambda, Wordpress...
• Have teamwork spirit
• Communication skills in English
   

Preference

• Experience in project management
• Experience with JavaScript and Next.js, TypeScript, Node Js
• Experience working in a Japanese company
• Communication skills in Japanese
