Job description

PASONA TECH VIETNAM is a 100% Japanese-owned company specializing in producing software and providing information technology services for domestic and foreign Japanese companies. Due to our business expansion, we need to recruit Bridge System Engineer (Japanese Speaking) with the following job content:

• Meeting with Japanese clients 
• Hearing and analysis of customer requirements 
• Schedule management 
• Communication of specifications to the development team, visualization of problems 
• Quality control 
• Risk management / other management

Working hours:

• Mon - Fri, 8:00 - 17:00

Your skills and experience

Requirements

• Learning, writing, and conversational communication in Japanese (N2 level or above) 
• Experience in bridging with Japanese people 
• Experience in web system development 
• Have teamwork spirit

Preference

• Experience in team leader 
• Experience in project management 
• Experience working in a Japanese company 
• Communication skills in English
