Business Intelligence Analyst (SQL, English)

Job Summary:
The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that support strategic business decisions. The BI Analyst gathers data from various sources, identifies trends and patterns, and communicates findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Reporting Line:

• Solid line: Senior Business Intelligence Analyst
• Dotting line: Group Operation Director

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and understand the data needs of the organization.
• Design and develop reports, dashboards, and other data visualization tools to present information effectively.
• Perform data analysis using SQL, Excel, and other BI tools to uncover insights and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the organization's progress towards goals.
• Communicate analysis findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels. 
• Stay up to date with the latest BI trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of BI systems and infrastructure.
• Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reporting.
• Other ad-hoc task assigned by management. 

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as data science, statistics, economics, computer science, finance
• English: B2 Upper intermediate
• 2-5 years of experience in a business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting role
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau…)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of business processes, key performance indicators, and decision-making frameworks
• Experience working with a variety of data sources, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
