Job description

1. Role Objective

Analyze, plan, and adapt dental digital products to fit business goals, user needs, and local market requirements (Vietnam).

2. Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze requirements from Vietnamese users and stakeholders.
• Identify gaps between global product and local market needs.
• Design and validate MMI flows for local usability.
• Coordinate with Product Planning (PP) teams in Korea to align product direction and localization requirements.
• Utilize tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma or similar) for requirement management, documentation, and collaboration.
• Work independently to drive requirement clarification and localization tasks.

Your skills and experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum.
• Good English communication (working level).
• Strong Vietnamese communication for working with local stakeholders.
• Interest or exposure to healthcare/dental domain is a plus.

Experience Requirements

• From 02 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role.
• Familiar with localization or adapting products for specific markets is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with cross-regional teams (e.g., Korea).
• Hands-on experience with BA/product tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma, Zeplin or equivalent).
