Job description

• Working directly with our offshore client to analyze the business and gather requirements.
• Create clear, concise, and well-structured documentation for product requirements and workflows.
• Manage the requirements throughout the product development cycle.
• Collaborate with related teams understand client requirements, thereby together deliver a quality product that meets all those requirements
• Support create training materials and documentation for the company's platform’s users and train new end users on the applications.
• Define and document requirements for simple, quick, and efficient prototypes/products.
• Documentation and Layout
• Create clear, concise, and well-structured documentation for product requirements and workflows.
• Monitor and validate testing outcomes to ensure a high-quality product.
• Business Expertise and Innovation
• Leverage expertise in banking (preferred) or other domains to inform product design and implementation.
• Drive the development of solutions that enhance operational efficiency while meeting global business standards.

Your skills and experience

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Taking good meeting note
• Prior experience in the fintech domain.

Skills:

• Proficient in business documentation, workflow creation, and requirements analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver fast and efficient prototypes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Good English skills, Excellent problem-solving skills, Analytical mindset, Exceptional interpersonal skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Attention to detail
  Testing Knowledge:
• Understanding of Test Cases and Test Scenarios
• Basic Knowledge of Testing Types
