Business Analyst(Agile/Scrum,Azure,Jira,Figma)

Job description

• Work directly with international clients, demonstrating fluent English communication.
• Conduct end-to-end project analysis, ensuring alignment with business processes and client goals.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain consistency across projects within the same account.
• Establish and apply standards for requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Provide business consulting and domain expertise to project teams.
• Identify recurring issues and propose improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to ensure quality and performance.
• Mentor and train Business Analyst team members within the company.
• Conduct feasibility studies and contribute to client proposals.
• Collaborate with PM to allocate resources based on priorities.
• Build and maintain a centralized knowledge base for onboarding and training.
• Participate in key client meetings, both onsite and online.
• Oversee the full requirement lifecycle: gathering, analysis, design, implementation, and handover.
• Manage the business analysis process following software development best practices.
• Gain deep understanding of client business operations to deliver added value to projects.
• Continuously update industry knowledge, new technologies, and share insights with the team.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, IT, or Information Systems (MBA is a plus).
• 5+ years of experience as a Senior BA, with proven experience leading a team of 5+ BAs.
• Strong track record in mortgage or title insurance domains is a major advantage.
• Proficient in business analysis techniques, documentation, and supporting tools.
• Experience in business process modeling (BPMN preferred).
• Skilled in building user stories and working with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Azure, Jira, Confluence, Figma is a plus.
• Familiarity with mortgage processes or title insurance workflows is a strong advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in mentoring/training junior or mid-level BAs is preferred.
• Relevant certifications (CBAP, ACP, etc.) are a plus but not mandatory.
