・And now, we are proposing an opportunity for Backend Developer to support our client, Hakuhodo Product's, one of the largest promotion production companies, based in Japan.

What Will You Do? 
・Develop high-quality web services or applications from scratch based on the product requirements
・Ensure all work adheres to software development methodologies and processes
・Be able to implement clean, efficient, elegant and maintainable code
・Collaborate with cross-functional teams (includes front-end, infrastructure, design, business, etc.) to 
　Define and build new features & products with high performance and up-to-date technologies
・Suitable for candidates looking for long-term and stable work

Your skills and experience

▽ Must have
・Passionate about backend development and enjoy solving challenging problems for diverse web projects
・More than 3 years of experience in backend development using PHP
・Hands-on experience with PHP framework-based development
・Hands-on experience with CMS-based website development, especially WordPress and/or PowerCMS
・Experience in customizing WordPress themes, plugins, custom post types, custom fields, and hooks
・Experience in implementing and customizing PowerCMS templates, modules, and CMS functions
・Good understanding of backend architecture, database design, and API integration
・In-depth knowledge of MySQL and ability to write and optimize SQL queries
・Good understanding of object-oriented programming and clean coding practices
・Experience using Git for source code management
・Experience working on Japanese offshore development projects
・Ability to investigate existing source code, understand specifications, and propose appropriate solutions
・Flexibility to work both independently and as part of a team

▽ Nice to have
・Experience with PowerCMS X or Movable Type-based development
・Experience in requirement analysis, system design, or test design
・Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, React, Vue.js, etc.
・Experience with REST API development or third-party service integration
・Familiarity with Unix/Linux server environments
・Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.
・Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, etc.
