Description

We are looking for some highly skilled and motivated Python Developers to join our dynamic team. As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for writing prompts, calling the ChatGPT interface and similar large models, and training customer data through APIs. Your expertise in programming languages and backend technologies will play a key role in shaping our products and delivering outstanding user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Write prompts and calls to the ChatGPT interface and similar large models. -
• Retrieve and train customer data through API.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, design and deliver high-quality software solutions. Develop and maintain powerful, scalable and efficient backend and API systems.
• Write clean, easy-to-maintain and well-documented code for new and existing applications.
• Identify and resolve software bugs and performance issues. 
• Ensure that security and data protection measures are implemented in backend systems. 
• Participate in code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-oriented elements with server-side logic. Keep up to date with the latest trends and advances in backend development and contribute to the improvement of existing processes and practices.

Your skills and experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related science and engineering fields, master's or doctoral degree in related majors preferred. At least 2 years of relevant work experience. 
• Proficient in using Python programming language. 
• Familiar with using FastAPI or Django. 
• Understand SQL and NoSQL database management systems.
•  Have a solid understanding of RESTful APIs. 
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Good communication and collaboration skills. Able to work independently. 
• Possess good English reading and writing skills, fluent English is preferred. 
• Familiarity with algorithms and data structures is preferred. 

Bonus points: 

• Able to monitor and optimize the performance of backend systems. Experience in using microservices in a cloud environment. 
• Possess research and development capabilities.
• Have experience using Golang.

Nice to have

• Ability to monitor and optimize the performance of backend systems.

• Experience working with Django or Fastapi, etc. Fastapi would be better.

Interview Process :

• 1st round Interview (Online- 1 hour): Having interview with interviewers from related Department.
• 2nd round Interview ( Offline -1 hour): Having interview  with General Manager for further discussion about the  position and company culture.
