Job description

• Provide technical leadership in the design, development, and deployment of complex web applications.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Enforce coding standards and best practices through code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure the quality, reliability, and maintainability of the codebase.

Your skills and experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in software development: product specification, design, implementation, testing, release, and maintenance.
• Strong development experience with Node JS and willing to learn other programming languages.
• Hands-on experience in relational database design, transactional SQL and DBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience working on multitasking and prioritizing.
• Good number sense, logical thinking, problem solving and communication skills.
