About the Role

Use AI to make our engineering teams faster and our AI output trustworthy. You'll roll out AI tools, set the standards for agents and skills, build shared knowledge hubs, and develop agentic systems that let service departments use product-team capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, agents) across product teams and drive adoption to improve developer performance.
• Define standards for agents and skills, and put quality gates in place to ensure reliable AI output.
• Build knowledge hubs that share AI practices, prompts, and reusable assets across product teams.
• Develop agentic systems that let service departments self-serve on top of product-team products.

Your skills and experience

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude, or equivalent).
• Practical experience building with LLMs — prompt engineering and integrating models/agents via APIs.
• Strong skills in at least one language (C#/.NET, Python, or TypeScript).
• Solid grasp of testing, code review, and CI/CD.
• Clear communication; able to document and drive adoption across teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing agentic/orchestration systems (tool-calling, RAG, human-in-the-loop).
• Familiarity with agent/skill frameworks or MCP.
• Developer-enablement, platform, or DevEx experience.
• Microservices, REST APIs, and Azure.
