Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic AI Engineer to join our team, focusing on innovative Generative AI and Data Processing solutions. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy advanced generative models and data-driven applications, significantly enhancing user experiences across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and deploy scalable Generative AI models and data processing solutions.
• Integrate advanced Large Language Models (LLMs), diffusion models, and multimodal generative AI techniques into practical applications.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to convert AI prototypes into robust, production-ready systems.
• Optimize and fine-tune AI models for improved performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations and benchmarking of AI agents to ensure high-quality, reliable results.
• Continuously research emerging trends and technologies in AI, machine learning, and generative methods.

Your skills and experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.
• +2 years of experience in developing and deploying generative AI models (e.g., GPT, Stable Diffusion, Transformer architectures).
• Practical knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) methods and Vector Databases.
• Familiarity with Python and popular deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP) and modern MLOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with embedding technologies and LLM like OpenAI API, Gemini API, and Anthropic API.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI model optimization techniques, including quantization, pruning, and fine-tuning.
• Familiarity with deploying AI models using Kubernetes or similar container orchestration platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate within interdisciplinary teams.
