What I liked:
I’ve built much more confidence here thanks to the supportive, understanding and non-judgmental culture that values individuality. The office perks are a huge plus too, free drinks, weekly lunches, and great facilities. I also value the training courses provided, they’ve been a massive boost for my personal and professional development. It’s an environment that truly cares about both employee well-being and professional growth.
The working time is flexible, and the leave policy is handled very fairly. I was able to get my time-off requests approved without any intrusive questioning or needing to over-explain my reasons. I can always request a time-off when I feel the need of refreshing and healing myself.
The facilities are excellent, featuring various meeting rooms and well-placed equipment designed to meet every possible employee need. Furthermore, the fairness in approving leave is a rare gem in today's job market. Most people I know at other companies have to come up with all sorts of reasons, from getting sick to family 'disasters' just to take a day off. This company operates differently. There’s no need for justifications here, it’s a level of transparency and mutual respect that is hard to find elsewhere.
