What I liked:
Công ty có cả nhánh outsource và product. Thường chỉ nhận outsource các dự án khó nhằn về mặt technical. Product platform tiềm năng với domain digital transformation.
- Một công ty tech có nhiều anh gấu trùm kĩ thuật, luôn muốn hướng dẫn cho các bạn cùng nhau tiến bộ, định hướng cho các bạn trở thành engineer chứ không chỉ là coder.
- Văn hoá công ty chất, đề cao giá trị con người, giá trị của chia sẻ, có nhiều buổi sharing về chủ đề quay vào bên trong.
- Là một nơi rất phù hợp cho các bạn trẻ muốn được trao cơ hội, muốn được thử thách, muốn trưởng thành trong cả công việc và con người.
Hiếm khi OT, nhưng khi có OT thì đều được tính thêm lương OT theo quy định x2 hoặc x3.
Suggestions for improvement:
Công ty còn thiếu đội ngũ middle management, sẽ là nơi có rất nhiều đất diễn cho các bạn đang định hướng management.
