Great place to learn but not to earn

What I liked:
good product with large user base to research behavior, great strategic views from learn; Challenges are coming every time, talented colleagues are surrounded -> great place to upgrade your level of problem solving, leadership skill and analytics
no extra salary for OT, but OT is still required some times
Suggestions for improvement:
Salary is generally not attractive, and good ones are mostly focused on top leaders.
Information is not transparent across the organizations (many secret stuffs to rumor about)
