Đồng nghiệp trẻ, môi trường flexible, không chính trị đấu đá (ở level thấp như mình)
Không bắt OT, đi trễ về sớm cũng được, miễn là xong việc. Tuy nhiên, nếu OT đột xuất phải đợi duyệt các kiểu mới được thêm tiền
Suggestions for improvement:
Quy trình làm việc và đánh giá công việc còn chưa rõ ràng, mọi người làm việc nhìn chung khá chill, đôi khi gây trì trệ công việc ảnh hưởng đến người khác
