What I liked:
Lương khá và benefit rất tốt (Bảo hiểm SK, Hồ bơi, Gym, Thưởng Tết được , VP xịn, VH làm việc thoải mái chơi kịp task là được )
Không có chính sách OT (Làm ko kịp task thì tự OT thôi :v)
Suggestions for improvement:
- Nâng lương cạnh tranh hơn nữa thì tuyệt vời.
- Cập nhật công nghệ (Một số team sài teckstack thời nhà minh & internal tool nhiều), Làm ở đây đi ra ngoài như người tối cổ (1 phần do bản thân hơi buông thả :v)
- Team tech thì rất trầm :)). Phải tham gia nhiều hoạt động mới vui. k là dễ bị trầm cảm ^_*
