What I liked:
Thời gian làm việc linh hoạt (không chấm công vân tay), phúc lợi ổn nếu bạn làm role nào không có chữ Collaborator. Công ty nhiều sự kiện nội bộ, không bao giờ chậm lương.
Nhìn chung OT không phải là văn hóa của công ty. Thời gian làm việc cũng tương đối linh hoạt. Sau dịch nhiều team khá flexible.
Suggestions for improvement:
Có những BU được treat đặc biệt hơn những BU khác, nhiều phúc lợi hơn, có nhiều quà, thưởng đôi khi double so với các BU khác.
