Môi trường làm việc năng động, đồng nghiệp thân thiện và hỗ trợ tốt. Có cơ hội tham gia các dự án thực tế, hệ thống lớn, giúp cải thiện kỹ năng technical, problem-solving và hiểu thêm về quy trình phát triển sản phẩm.
Tôi không có ý kiến đặc biệt. Overtime tùy thuộc vào dự án, thường xảy ra khi release gấp hoặc xử lý sự cố.
Suggestions for improvement:
Khối lượng công việc đôi lúc khá áp lực, đặc biệt trong giai đoạn release hoặc khi cần xử lý issue production. Một số quy trình phối hợp giữa các team còn mất thời gian và có thể tối ưu hơn.
