What I liked:
Công ty có quy mô nhỏ (<50 người) nhưng có môi trường làm việc chất lượng.
Quản lý hoà đồng, tâm lý. Đồng nghiệp thân thiện, trẻ trung, năng động và chuyên môn xuất sắc.
Quy trình làm việc rõ ràng, đề cao tinh thần tự giác và trách nhiệm của mỗi cá nhân.
Công ty có các chương trình động viên nhân sự học tập, bổ sung kiến thức chuyên môn và sở thích cá nhân.
Công ty minh bạch về kế hoạch và cụ thể về công việc cần OT, có trao đổi rõ ràng với nhân sự về lương nhận được khi OT.
Suggestions for improvement:
Toà nhà văn phòng của công ty hơi cũ, xung quanh hơi ít lựa chọn hàng quán ăn uống, muốn có nhiều lựa chọn thì phải đi bộ ra ngoài Cầu Giấy.
Toà nhà không có chỗ để ô tô, phải đỗ ở bãi ngoài hơi xa.

Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
