What I liked:
• Môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp: Vinova không chỉ là nơi làm việc mà còn là nơi bạn có thể phát triển bản thân và sự nghiệp. Mọi người ở đây đều rất chuyên nghiệp và luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ nhau.
• Đội ngũ thân thiện: Bạn sẽ cảm thấy như đang làm việc với một gia đình lớn. Mọi người đều rất thân thiện và luôn sẵn sàng giúp đỡ.
• Cơ hội học hỏi: Vinova luôn tạo điều kiện để nhân viên học hỏi và phát triển. Các buổi đào tạo và workshop thường xuyên được tổ chức, giúp bạn luôn cập nhật những kiến thức và kỹ năng mới nhất.
Công ty không khuyến khích nhân viên ở lại làm thêm (OT), các PM luôn ưu tiên thời gian các bạn trong khung giờ làm việc và hạn chế việc OT
Suggestions for improvement:
Thời gian làm việc linh hoạt: Cần tạo thêm các chương trình làm việc hybird cho nhân viên để tạo môi trường thoải mái hơn.
Chính sách hỗ trợ sức khỏe: Nên có các chương trình chăm sóc sức khỏe khác cho nhân viên.
Phát triển bản thân: Đôi khi công việc có thể khá áp lực, nhưng đó cũng là cơ hội để bạn thử thách bản thân và phát triển.
