What I liked:
- Mô hình Scrum Agile hoàn thiện, nhiều bạn trẻ nhiệt huyết. Chế độ phúc lợi và lương thưởng tốt.
- Văn phòng đẹp, làm việc cảm thấy thoải mái.
- Cũng ít khi OT nhưng chế độ OT rất tốt. OT trong tuần x1.5, cuối tuần x2.
Suggestions for improvement:
- Công ty công nghệ không nên làm việc vào thứ 7. Nếu cải thiện được điều này sẽ giữ được nhiều nhân tài muốn gắn bó với công ty.
Môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp, hơi nhiều luật lệ
