What I liked:
Sếp nice, làm việc đi thẳng tới vấn đề, ngồi với tư cách người trợ giúp dev trong giải quyết vấn đề, sếp làm việc chuyên nghiệp và không cá nhân.
Sếp cùng ngồi với dev tìm hướng giải quyết và định hướng sản phẩm.
Meeting với dev team và sếp đều đi tới tìm và chỉ có giải pháp
Suggestions for improvement:
Software Development Life Cycle ở công ty đôi lúc làm dev bị burnout
Lương cao còn lại không có gì tích cực

Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
