Công ty tạo ra môi trường phù hợp để các bạn trẻ phát triển và học hỏi. Đồng nghiệp thân thiện, sẵn sàng hỗ trợ, cấp trên cũng khá cởi mở trong việc chia sẻ kiến thức và định hướng
Hiện tại công ty chưa xây dựng chính sách rõ ràng về làm thêm giờ (OT). Việc làm thêm chủ yếu mang tính chất tự nguyện hoặc theo yêu cầu cv
Suggestions for improvement:
Công ty tổ chức khá nhiều hoạt động nội bộ hoặc đào tạo mang tính bắt buộc, đôi khi gây áp lực cho những nhân sự đang bận rộn với công việc.
