môi trường có nhiều cơ hội để học hỏi, phát triển bản thân, được làm nhiều, học nhiều, có nhiều chương trình đào tạo nội bộ chất lượng, quan tâm đến đời sống sức khỏe thể chất và tinh thần của nhân viên
không có chế độ lương OT, khi OT thì được cung cấp bữa ăn miễn phí
Suggestions for improvement:
quy trình quản lý dự án chưa hiệu quả, nhiều khâu mang tính hình thức chứ không thực sự tối ưu được quy trình và tiến độ công việc
