Ngân hàng đầu tư nhiều vào công nghệ, làm app inhouse. Có nhiều bài toán để giải, nhân viên được tự do đóng góp ý kiến tuy nhiên có được áp dụng không tất cả phụ thuộc vào năng lực của bạn có thuyết phục được sếp ko. Được thi chứng chỉ microsoft azure free, bonus từ 2-6 tháng lương tuỳ vào kì đánh giá công việc vào cuối năm
Cũng được, nếu bạn trẻ nào vô để rèn luyện cũng ổn áp
Suggestions for improvement:
Cần cải thiện quy trình làm việc cho bớt chồng chéo gây mất thời gian, tổn hại tinh thần tới nhân viên 1 cách ko cần thiết.
