What I liked:
- Không gian, môi trường làm việc: Văn phòng làm việc mới, gần trung tâm nên thuận lợi cho việc di chuyển. Pantry tuy nhỏ nhưng đầy đủ mọi thứ, refill hàng tuần. Bãi giữ xe rộng và công ty trả chi phí giữ xe nên gửi xe thoải mái. Công ty có happy hour vào cuối tuần giúp đồng nghiệp có thể giao tiếp, gắn kết với nhau.
- Trang thiết bị phục vụ công việc: Team dev được cấp Macbook Pro M1 mới, màn hình, chuột các kiểu. Nói chung là đầy đủ thiết bị cho nhu cầu công việc.
- Công việc và phát triển bản thân: Phát triển sản phẩm hấp dẫn, ứng dụng cao. Task đa dạng, tới liên tục nên không bị nhàm chán. Người mới học hỏi được nhiều điều. Cơ hội phát triển không chỉ ở ngôn ngữ/lĩnh vực hiện tại mà còn học được thêm ngôn ngữ/lĩnh vực khác.
- Sếp: Sếp vui vẻ, thân thiện, hiểu và quan tâm đến member. Task giao phù hợp với năng lực, nhưng vẫn có thử thách để member học hỏi, phát triển. Sếp hay bao nước, bao ăn :)
- Đồng nghiệp: Đồng nghiệp đa số là ngang hoặc cách nhau vài tuổi nên dễ nói chuyện, làm việc, hỗ trợ nhau. Hay đi ăn, "đi quẫy" chung.
Đa số các lần OT đều được báo trước để nhân viên chủ động sắp xếp thời gian, cũng như chế độ lương thỏa đáng, rõ ràng.
Suggestions for improvement:
- Tuy văn phòng mới, rộng rãi, nhưng số lượng nhân viên dần tăng nên từ từ chật. Mong rằng năm sau cty mở thêm 1 tầng nữa cho thoải mái :>
- Khi bắt đầu 1 dự án mới thì nên cân đối thời gian giữa các team, team nào làm trước, team nào làm sau để công việc được trôi chảy. Vì văn phòng làm việc ở cả 2 miền nên đôi lúc việc trao đổi, giao tiếp giữa các team có đôi chút khó khăn.
=> Nói thì nhiều nhưng kết luận lại là anh em nào còn đang băn khoăn thì yên tâm, cứ apply vào công ty này nha!
