Basically a rare company that doesn't make you hate Mondays.

What I liked:
Seriously, everyone's welcome to show off their skills, including interns. People actually care about you as a person, not just a worker. Nobody watches over your shoulder all day asking what you're doing every five minutes. You can grow in any direction you want. They don't force everyone into the same boring path.
The English-heavy environment keeps everyone sharp since most Product Owners are international. You're basically getting paid to improve your language skills while working. (You also get free English courses as Elsa, The Coach,..)
What really stands out is the competitive-but-collaborative atmosphere. Everyone's genuinely skilled because they have to be, but they're also willing to share knowledge. You can learn things that normally take years to figure out just by listening and asking questions.
You will definitely struggle to find any company with overtime policy as good as here!
Suggestions for improvement:
More snacks and more billiard table. The current snack situation is okay, but sometimes you need more than just crackers when you're tired at 4 PM. The 7th floor just got expanded, but there is no billiard table up there. Billiard tables aren't just for fun - they're where the best ideas happen when your brain needs a break from coding =))))
Right now we're moving towards MultiX, so everything is a bit messy and not perfect yet. But honestly, we're doing really well considering how big this change is! It's like renovating your house while still living in it - things get chaotic but the end result will be worth it.
