Ít OT, nếu có OT sẽ trả lại bằng ngày phép, giờ làm việc thoải mái ít áp lực
Suggestions for improvement:
Ít đột phá và thử thách, công việc đều đặn lặp lại
Benefit tốt, môi trường thoải mái, năng động
