What I liked:
- Thời gian làm việc linh hoạt, đồng nghiệp thân thiện.
- Cty gần như ko đuổi ai bao giờ, cứ làm lâu là lên lão làng, tăng lương đều vì vậy nhiều anh chị lớn tuổi vẫn làm.
- Môi trường tốt cho các chị em có gia đình vì ổn định và chế độ cho chị e tốt.
- Cty nước ngoài nên chế độ tốt
OT ko lương, OT tính thời gian có thể được nghỉ bù, còn OT ko tính tgian thì ko
Suggestions for improvement:
- Máy móc làm việc quá lỗi thời, hỏng mắt ở đây vì cái màn hình vuông 21 inch. Trong khi các cty khác thì 2 màn ngon cấp sẵn, tại đây thì mới vào được cấp 1 màn cũ 21 inch, xin cấp thêm màn hình rất khó, thậm chí muốn tự mang màn ở nhà lên cũng khó. Ko hiểu sao ko chịu cải thiện vấn đề này, cty công nghệ mà máy móc chán.
- Process làm việc hơi cồng kềnh, phải làm doc quá nhiều.
