Giờ giấc linh hoạt, môi trường thân thiện ít toxic,
Thu nhập ổn nếu có thưởng kỳ đều đặn,
Đóng BH full lương, ít layoff
Tùy dự án mà có cần OT hay không, quy trình OT khá chặt
OT được trả bằng ngày nghỉ, ít khi được trả bằng lương
Suggestions for improvement:
Lương thấp hơn so với mặt bằng chung,
Đánh giá của phụ thuộc vào dự án nên đôi khi không fair
Môi trường ổn cho các bạn mới ra trường
