Phúc lợi đầy đủ, lương khá, văn hoá công ty gia đình

What I liked:
Trả full lương gross, nếu ko thì cũng trả đến 90%.
Bảo hiểm, phúc lợi tốt.
Lương trung bình, ổn so với 1 công ty sống nhờ outsource
ngày trước OT x2 lương cuối tuần, hiện tại có lẽ đã hạn chế OT.
Suggestions for improvement:
Văn hoá, định hướng công ty khá là ko ổn định
Công ty đi lên cũng nhờ một dự án lớn gánh tất cả, lúc dự án đó có vấn đề cũng là lúc công ty sa sút.
Cần biết thể hiện đúng lúc để không bị cho vào danh sách layoff
Công ty ổn định, tốt đẹp cho người đã có gia đình
