What I liked:
- Mức lương khá cạnh tranh so với thị trường
- Giờ giấc linh hoạt, Hybrid
- Chế độ 100% thử việc
- Văn phòng đẹp, có PS5, game thùng để giải trí
- Có tráng miệng cho lunch
Hầu như rất ít OT, chỉ khi có những vấn đề xảy ra cần giải quyết gấp
Suggestions for improvement:
- Tăng lương hàng năm không cao
- Không có các bonus khác ngoài lương tháng 13
- Ít các hoạt động vui chơi để mọi người tụ tập
Công việc phù hợp cho người muốn ổn định. Lead track time khá kĩ
