What I liked:
- Giờ giấc làm việc thoải mái, chú trọng output
- Anh em support nhau, PM có tâm, quan tâm ae trong team. Nhậu thả ga, chi phí ae sòng phẳng không hãm như mấy cty cũ
- Có thời gian học thêm mấy cái khác chứ không chết trong 1 project, muốn gì cứ raise lên là sẽ được support
- Đóng BH đầy đủ, có BH sức khỏe cá nhân đi khám gì về claim tiền.
nói chung làm đây 2 năm rồi thấy môi trường ổn định, có thăng tiến rõ ràng, cũng có giải để ae phấn đấu, project thì xong cái này được chuyển qua cái khác. Không thấy lay off hay HR bắt chẹt gì.
Công ty không có OT, hiếm hoi lắm mới thấy ae của project nào đó ở lại OT. Còn lại anh em vui vẻ về đúng giờ
Suggestions for improvement:
Mức lương Offer không quá cao, hồi phỏng vấn được offer cũng ngang với mặt bằng. Ae nào giỏi, máu chiến cày cuốc thì nên cân nhắc. Bù lại vào đây làm giờ thoải mái, tối về cày job ngoài vẫn đã hơn (đừng mang lên cty làm hay làm lộ liễu quá thì chả sao)
