What I liked:
- Flexible working time và chế độ làm việc hybrid.
- Product về AI và ML, làm việc với CTO người Mỹ nên nhiều cơ hội trau dồi tiếng Anh và học về AI, ML.
- Làm task thoải mái, không bị deadline dí, sếp push.
- Sử dụng JavaScript, Python, AWS, ... nói chung là toàn công nghệ hot, nên học.
- Toàn những con nghiện cầu lông.
Công ty không có chế độ OT, cũng không khuyến khích OT và thật ra chẳng cần OT.
Suggestions for improvement:
- Máy lạnh trong văn phòng hay hư.
- Tòa nhà nằm ở đường hơi nhỏ.
Văn phòng đẹp, môi trường phát triển technical tốt
