Tuyệt vời, nhưng ít đất cho những người ít năm kinh nghiệm

What I liked:
Mình làm 1 năm trong khối DA ở Hội sở chính TCB Hà Nội thì thấy:
- Môi trường khá quốc tế (khoảng 50% nhân sự từ line manager trở lên là người nước ngoài hoặc du học sinh về nước) nên sẽ ít có những tiêu cực "kiểu Việt Nam."
- Có nhiều seniors và experts vừa xịn vừa sẵn lòng hỗ trợ nhau, học hỏi được nhiều về chuyên môn.
- Tuy là bigcorp nhưng nhịp độ làm việc nhanh, động lực làm việc rất ổn từ sếp cho tới nhân viên. Nó thậm chí ngang với những công ty startup mình từng làm. Những người thích nhàn hạ thì không nên vào, còn muốn phát triển thì môi trường này thật sự tốt.
Những chính sách OT rất rõ ràng và hợp lý. Nhưng TCB không khuyến khích OT.

Chỉ một điều: có những chính sách hợp lý hơn cho những nhân viên có ít năm kinh nghiệm.
Mình được làm ở TCB từ khi còn là 1 junior thật sự là một vinh hạnh, biết ơn TCB đã tạo nên phiên bản hiện tại của mình. Tuy nhiên, sự thật là chính sách contractor dành cho juniors của TCB không hợp lý khi không có bảo hiểm, không ngày phép, không "tích điểm" một cách chính quy để "thăng hạng."
Mình biết rằng ở một môi trường bigcorp ngành Ngân hàng thì kinh nghiệm làm việc được ưu tiên hơn cả. Tuy nhiên, với những lĩnh vực chuyên môn càng mang tính kỹ thuật nhiều thì (mình nghĩ rằng) kết quả công việc càng nên có "trọng số" lớn hơn thay vì kinh nghiệm là trên hết. Vì những lĩnh vực càng kỹ thuật thì càng sử dụng nhiều "kỹ năng cứng" (tech skills) - nó có nhiều điều kiện để sự phát triển diễn ra nhanh hơn so với chuyên môn ngân hàng phi kỹ thuật (non-tech).
Trong tương lai, rất hy vọng các bạn juniors vào TCB sẽ được hưởng những chính sách phù hợp với năng lực và kết quả công việc mà các bạn làm ra. Những bạn juniors ngành tech vô tình đọc được cmt này, nếu muốn apply vào TCB mà còn phân vân thì hãy cứ mạnh dạn. Đây là một môi trường tốt.
