Các anh chị đều trẻ trung, năng động, lộ trình đầy đủ. Dành cho em có ý chí tiến thủ vì làm outsrc nên sẽ tiếp cận được nhiều công nghệ. Thoải mái cho mọi người phát triển
Có chính sách OT rõ ràng nhưng ít khi phải OT làm T2-T6, T7-CN nghỉ
Suggestions for improvement:
Lương tăng nữa thì đẹp hơn. Range lương hiện tại cơ bản đồng đều với các công ty khác. Vì một phần chắc là công ty Việt Nam.
