What I liked:
- Gần 2 năm gắn bó ở đây thì tôi thấy đây là môi trường phù hợp để có thể làm việc lâu dài. Phúc lợi cho CBNV ở mức chấp nhận được. Thời gian làm việc linh hoạt nên cũng không bị gò bó khi có việc nhà phát sinh. Các khóa học và trợ cấp học tập, lấy chứng chỉ đầy đủ. Đồng nghiệp cũng rất trẻ, năng động và khá thân thiện.
- Cơ chế, quy trình làm việc ở đây minh bạch, rõ ràng và dễ dàng follow.
- Các team khác cũng sẵn sàng hỗ trợ hết mình.
Chính sách OT rõ ràng cho cả khối Back Office lẫn các Division. OT xứng đáng với thời gian và công sức bỏ ra.
Suggestions for improvement:
- Không gian công ty cần có thiết kế khoa học hơn. Tầng cũ thì chật, thiếu phòng họp. Tầng 18 thì không có chỗ ngồi ăn trưa.
- Cơ sở vật chất của tòa nhà (nhà wc, thang máy) cũng cần cải thiện.
