CEO and Co-Founder - Denise Sandquist
High discipline from doing Military Service as Military Interpreter & Interrogator in Russian in Sweden when I was 19. I was the group leader: constantly being pushed, pressured, and sleeping about 3 hours per night. But thanks to that time, I was trained to become a super disciplined person, which has gotten me to where I am today.
The challenge in constantly solving new challenges that are thrown at you and working towards fulfilling a big vision and changing the world - and doing it together in my birth country Vietnam, together as a team.
CTO and Co-Founder - Oscar Xing Luo
Everyday is something different, here at Skapa we have clear goals on what we want to achieve and with our weekly sprints we set up realistic but challenging tasks for everyone to grow as a person as well as an expert in their field.
We challenge ourselves with NEW ideas rather than reiterating old ones. Obviously we don't go all crazy with non-data driven decisions, but some of our ideas that are in the pipeline really make me extra excited for what's to come.

Team work. When I was a professional football player in Atletico Madrid I played with some of the best people in the world, which was very inspiring, but also humbling. I realized that you can have all the talent in the world, but it is hard work that sets you apart and makes you really get somewhere.
I really enjoy working and building something together with a group of ambitious, hungry individuals in a for me new culture and in the amazing country of Vietnam. I learn Vietnamese while being here, and it is always nice to learn more about how people are in this part of the world, and catch new Vietnamese words daily.
