What I liked:
Được cung cấp thiết bị đầy đủ, khá hiện đại. Người mới được học đào tạo đầy đủ, nhiều khóa học đào tạo cho nhân viên. Một số câu lạc bộ hoạt động khá sôi nổi với anh em như: CLB Bóng đá, CLB Tennis. Thích nhất là mới có chính sách được remote 2 ngày/tuần ở nhà, nhà mình xa nên đi làm cũng hơi ngại. Một số hệ thống có data khá lớn và bài toán khá khó với mình như: hệ thống hỗ trợ vay (LOS), tuy nhiên làm dần sẽ quen
Hệ thống KPI rõ ràng không tâm linh. Đồng nghiệp vui vẻ, sếp vui tính. Công ty fair play, công nhận cống hiến của nhân viên.
Suggestions for improvement:
- Hầm để xe chật nên phải để xe ở ngoài trời
- Văn phòng chật, đi lại khó khăn
- Không có không gian chill chill như cửa sổ kính nên nhìn khá bí
