What I liked:
Mình làm việc ở đây được trên 1 năm, đánh giá chung là môi trường rất HAPPY.
- Sếp tâm lý, vui tính, quan tâm đến đời sống nhân viên.
- Chế độ: ổn áp, mới ra thêm mấy cái chính sách hybrid, bảo hiểm cho cả người thân của nhân viên.
- Văn hóa: Khá sôi nổi.
- Đồng nghiệp: Toàn từ các bank sang nên học được khá nhiều nghiệp vụ từ bank.
Các chính sách công ty hỗ trợ cho nhân viên khá nhiều như:
- Giờ giấc làm việc thoải mái, không lo suốt ngày căn giờ chấm công.
- Nghỉ có lương ngày sinh nhật.
- 1 tuần được làm 2 ngày ở nhà.
- Không phải mặc đồng phục.
- Ngày phép năm cũ được gia hạn đến hết tháng 6 năm sau.
OT có lý do hợp lý đều được duyệt. Chính sách OT được áp dụng theo đúng quy định. OT tháng nào trả theo tháng đó.
Suggestions for improvement:
- Nên cải thiện chỗ ngồi rộng rãi hơn.
- Chưa có đồ ăn vặt ở pantry.
- Có thể thêm chế độ nâng lương linh hoạt.
- Cần Nâng cấp thiết bị CNTT.
