What I liked:
Khi vào công ty, mình được tạo điều kiện tốt nhất để làm việc và phát triển.
Môi trường làm việc global, khi làm việc đều sử dụng tiếng Anh (Công ty có hỗ trợ mở lớp dạy tiếng Anh miễn phí). Đồng nghiệp nước ngoài vô cùng thân thiện, hỗ trợ nhiệt tình, không có khoảng cách giữa Leader và nhân viên, tất cả đều theo mô hình quản lý phẳng.
Giờ giấc làm việc linh hoạt, miễn đảm bảo hoàn thành công việc, không bao giờ có OT. Đôi khi do lệch múi giờ, việc họp hành và thảo luận với đồng nghiệp ở Bắc Âu sẽ diễn ra hơi muộn nhưng họ sẽ chú ý và đề nghị dừng cuộc thảo luận nếu quá giờ làm việc ở Việt Nam.
Khi vào công ty sẽ được cung cấp thiết bị làm việc hiện đại (laptop cấu hình cao, 2 màn hình cỡ lớn, chuột, bàn phím, điện thoại Iphone, thẻ sim...).
Giờ giấc làm việc linh hoạt, không chấm công.
Công ty tạo điều kiện thuận lợi nhất để nhân viên phát triển bản thân
Suggestions for improvement:
Máy pha cà phê hơi dễ hỏng, nếu có thể nâng cấp loại máy xịn hơn thì tốt.
