What I liked:
- Văn phòng đẹp, mới mở thêm văn phòng mới ở tầng dưới (dự là sắp có bàn bi a :v), mọi thứ đều tiện nghi và hiện đại
- Ngày đầu đến mọi trang thiết bị được xếp gọn trên bàn, hoa, thiệp welcome. Buổi trưa mình được team dẫn đi welcome lunch. Các anh chị em back office và các bạn trong team đều rất nice
- Mô hình quản lý không phân cấp, mọi người đều có thể nói lên ý kiến của mình, mọi ý kiến đều được lắng nghe và tôn trọng, đề cao sự chủ động của mỗi thành viên. Nếu mình có 1 vấn đề gặp khó khăn, chỉ cần raise lên là sẽ nhận được sự support nhiệt tình của các anh em
- Bên này phỏng vấn khá kĩ nên đồng nghiệp siêu chất lượng, được học hỏi nhiều
- Một điểm mình rất thích đó là công ty khuyến khích và tạo điều kiện để mọi người tập thể dục thể thao: wellness package, CLB bơi, đá bóng,...
Không phải OT, đến giờ là đi về thôi. Đây cũng là 1 điểm mình thích vì mình có nhiều thời gian cho cuộc sống riêng hơn

Hiện tại mình thấy mọi thứ vẫn ổn, chưa có gì cần cải thiện thêm
