What I liked:
Môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp, tạo điều kiện để nhân viên học hỏi và phát triển cả về chuyên môn lẫn kỹ năng mềm. Mình có cơ hội tiếp cận nhiều kiến thức mới, sử dụng tiếng Anh thường xuyên trong công việc nên khả năng giao tiếp và sự tự tin cũng được cải thiện đáng kể.
Điều mình thích nhất là văn hóa Bắc Âu mà công ty xây dựng, đề cao sự tôn trọng, cởi mở và cân bằng giữa công việc với cuộc sống cá nhân. Các buổi tea break với trà, bánh và những cuộc trò chuyện ngắn cùng đồng nghiệp giúp mọi người kết nối với nhau hơn.
Văn phòng hiện đại, không gian làm việc thoải mái. Ban lãnh đạo và các anh chị quản lý thân thiện, dễ trao đổi và luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ nhân viên khi cần.
Chế độ phúc lợi rất tốt với bảo hiểm sức khỏe cho nhân viên và con cái, khám sức khỏe định kỳ hằng năm, cùng các chuyến du lịch công ty được tổ chức thường xuyên cả trong nước và nước ngoài. Công ty cũng khuyến khích lối sống lành mạnh thông qua các chương trình wellness và nhiều hoạt động thể thao miễn phí như bơi lội, cầu lông, bóng đá,..
Ngoài ra, nhân viên còn có cơ hội tham gia các chuyến công tác nước ngoài, giúp mở rộng góc nhìn, trải nghiệm trực tiếp văn hóa, phong cách sống và cách làm việc tại các quốc gia khác.
Đây là một môi trường phù hợp với những ai mong muốn phát triển bản thân trong một tập thể chuyên nghiệp, thân thiện và đề cao giá trị con người.
Công ty không khuyến khích văn hóa OT, thay vào đó đề cao ý thức tự giác, tinh thần trách nhiệm và chất lượng công việc.
Suggestions for improvement:
Mình rất hài lòng với môi trường làm việc, văn hóa doanh nghiệp cũng như các chế độ phúc lợi mà công ty mang lại. Hiện tại mình chưa có đề xuất hay góp ý nào thêm và mong công ty sẽ tiếp tục duy trì, phát huy những giá trị tốt đẹp đang có.
