Thời gian thoải mái, ăn mặc thoải mái, công ty có thể làm việc remote. Nhân viên luôn hỗ trợ lẫn nhau.
Rất ít OT, chỉ khi có trường hợp urgent thì mới cần đến OT
Suggestions for improvement:
Cần thêm nhiều đợt đánh giá và review cho nhân viên
Công ty tốt rất đáng gắn bó lâu dài
